Group Class Descriptions

Sweat & Step - This class will challenge you with alternating intervals of cardio conditioning and strength training. While on the step, participants will use light hand weights and on the floor, participants will transition to heavier weights.

Yoga - This class covers all of your basic yoga moves and they are held for five full breaths. This helps you gain strength and endurance through practice.

Awakening Yoga - Peaceful morning practice that covers all intentions.

Young Athlete Program (YAP) - This program is centered around general fitness - strength, endurance, cardio and core - aimed towards the unique fitness needs of teenagers & student athletes in middle school and high school.
Members: $10.00
Non-Members: $15.00

Core - This class focuses on your foundation - the core. Create stability in the middle of your body, which is the basis of all movement, then add on mobility, strength and power.

Suspension Training - Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The benefits of this style of training are great for anyone that seeks a method to safely and rapidly improve their fitness.

Cycle Sculpt - Non-stop biking but also incorporates upper body sculpting moves. Try this phenomenal class for a total body workout that blasts away the fat.

E-Cardio - A full body workout that will get your heart pumping and muscles moving. Challenge your strength and cardio with a variety of exercises. You will feel the burn in all areas of your body.

Pilates-Barre Fusion - This class is a unique blend of Pilates principles, strength training, barre and high-energy workouts that will make you feel graceful, flexible and strong. Our classes are designed to transform your physique through a fusion of unique resistance exercises, flexibility training and cardio exercises creating a toned, shapely body!

Cardio Dance - This class fuses musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that’s designed for fun - and a good workout!

Strength & Balance - This class uses weights and bands to work all the muscle groups and incorporates stretching and balance to leave you feeling refreshed.

Butts & Guts - Our instructors use HIIT (high intensity interval training) along with core and lower body workouts to help tone muscles and lose body fat. This is a total body workout that will give you a good sweat.
